I’ve just returned from Bogota, Colombia, where 115 Haggai leaders from 15 nations met at the Latin America Haggai Alumni Summit to encourage each other on current strategies and future plans for redeeming and transforming their nations. Coming together reenergizes the leaders as they focus on how to more effectively engage in demonstrating and presenting the Gospel.

Incredibly inspiring stories of how God is moving were shared during the three-day gathering. These leaders are using innovative methods to reach others with the Gospel. 

Every leader spoke about the personal transformation that occurred during the Haggai Leader Experience and the tremendous impact the experience had on their lives. What was very clear was the passion for the Gospel born out of that time!

Your partners in Latin America are working across many arenas. Olivia, from Mexico, is transforming the 900-member police force in her city. Kenia, a former dentist turned broadcast and media specialist, reaches young people and women in Equador. Jose started training faculty for Haggai seminars in Colombia, which were so successful that he’s gone to more than 10 other countries to do the same. Sherry Ann works in the remote jungle areas of Surinam to provide basic infrastructure, education, and medical services.

Haggai leaders are using their gifts, and following God’s calling upon their lives, to bring the redeeming and transforming Gospel of Jesus Christ to their nations. Please pray for them as they continue ministering in God’s power!
