Javis is a Haggai leader in Uganda and founder and CEO of LayLife, an organization that focuses on evangelism, education, and entrepreneurship. In addition to outreach events, retreat intensives, and a micro-loan assistance program, LayLife plans to serve the greater Kampala community through its upcoming 20-acre equipping facility, The Beauvais Center.

Currently under construction, this will be a high-quality experiential mentoring environment that will inspire and equip leaders to lead, create, and influence society in a way that honors God. Javis was inspired to build such a center after his Haggai Leader Experience where he encountered world-class leadership equipping.

Javis sees great potential in emerging leaders in Uganda and believes God is calling LayLife to equip them. He passionately believes that every person should have the opportunity to thrive by leveraging their opportunities, gifts, and talents. He and his wife, Gladys, have three young children.

Converted to Christianity from a Hindu background, P. Ramachandran (Rama) Periasamy has been instrumental in bringing his family to the Lord. Born and raised in Singapore, this Haggai leader is bi-vocational, having retired from the Air Force and now serving as an executive in the Singapore Civil Service.

He served as a senior pastor and church planter for a number of years and today is the missions pastor of his church. Rama focuses on equipping other Christian leaders through what he learned at Haggai. With his passion to see the end of Gospel poverty in the developing world, he leads a church planting movement across India and five other countries resulting in 8,000+ churches established.

He and his wife, Jeya, who is also a Haggai leader, have three children.
