Jose Elengical is the  Executive Director of International ministry development. His primary responsibility includes identification and selection of highly credential leaders from around the world for the Haggai Leader Experience. His role includes Strategic alliances and partnerships with organizations as well as nurturing and strengthening the alumni boards across the regions.

A doctoral scholar and a postgraduate in management, he has 20 years of professional experience with global technology and media organizations and was the Director for Strategic Services with Oracle corporation before joining Haggai International.

He has held various positions of leadership in the ministry, youth, working professionals and families. Jose and his wife Sharu along with their 5 children live in Bangalore India.
