“Deliver me from my enemies, O my God; protect me from those who rise up against me; deliver me from those who work evil, and save me from bloodthirsty men… Awake, come to meet me, and see! You, Lord God of hosts, are God of Israel. Rouse yourself to punish all the nations; spare none of those who treacherously plot evil.” Psalm 59: 1-2, 4-5

Dear God, we pray for the protection of all the Ukrainian men and women who are standing between their people and Russian troops. We praise you for the courage and resolve you are giving the Ukrainian military. Give the Ukrainian troops favor and increase their numbers and strength. We pray for the Russian troops as well. Stir their hearts, give them eyes to see, and the courage to resist unrighteous orders. We pray for the comfort of families and loved ones who mourn the fallen on both sides.
