Today, more than 2.3 billion people live in places where there is limited or no access to the Gospel message.

Furthermore, rising national tensions surrounding global and religious conflicts make it more challenging to engage with these regions, particularly for those from the West.

Blatant discrimination and often some form of persecution — either publicly, privately — within their families, social circles, and professional sphere.

These challenges make community and collaboration among believers all the more essential—yet all the more difficult to realize.

We recognize that the most effective way to transform individuals, communities, and nations is through leadership. Leaders possess the access, insight, and capacity to engage across all sectors of society — shaping lives, systems, and cultures.

In addition to their reach, leaders hold authority, connections, and jurisdiction that grassroots efforts often cannot leverage. Their influence is amplified by their followers, giving them unique access to people and the ability to drive meaningful change.

There is a pressing need for believers and supporters in the Global North to recognize the importance of this work and invest in it financially.
