
PEYTON DAY
Peyton Day and his wife, Vicky, reside in Johns Creek, Georgia. They are proud parents of three grown children—Austin, Courtney, and Zachery, and three grandchildren. Peyton enjoys golf, fitness, and reading in his leisure time.
An entrepreneurial business leader with a proven track record, Peyton currently focuses on leading Roam, an innovative workplace startup based in Atlanta, Georgia. Over the course of his career, he has held progressive leadership roles in real estate development, hotel and hospitality, and the investment sector.
Notably, Peyton served as Chairman and CEO of Atlanta-based Day Holdings, LLC (2005–2010), succeeding his leadership of Day Hospitality Group (1994–2004), where he oversaw the development and management of award-winning properties for Marriott and Hilton hotel brands. Earlier in his career, he founded C.P. Day Development (1983–1986) and worked for Trammell Crow, then the nation’s largest commercial real estate developer. Academically, Peyton earned an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Peyton has also contributed his expertise to various for-profit and nonprofit boards, including KeyWorth Bank, the College of Management at Georgia Tech, the Haggai Institute, and the Wesleyan School.
Faith has been a cornerstone of Peyton’s life. He is an elder at Perimeter Church, where he has been a dedicated member for over 22 years.
He was introduced to Haggai at the age of 10 by his father, Cecil B. Day. He served on Board of Trustees from 1991-2005, and again in 2020-2024.
