There is a common expression that “change is the only constant in life.” We often experience this with our business, our residence, even our families. There is much that changes around us that we do not think about or want to consider such as health concerns, changes in the law, and/or a rapidly changing financial landscape.
These times in your life are also good times to consider the planning or updating of your will. Most of us do not want to think about this topic, or we think we did it once a long time ago and all is fine. However, just like our homes, estate planning should have regular maintenance.
