Haggai Leader Deborah Chan is a program coordinator, missionary, and author leading initiatives focused on rural community development, education access, and sustainable livelihoods among underserved communities in Southeast Asia. With a professional background in tourism consulting and sustainable development, she brings a strategic and holistic approach to community transformation by integrating practical development work with faith-driven mission.

From 2014 to 2016, she served as a missionary in rural Southeast Asia, where she raised over $30,000 to establish four literacy centers, trained more than 80 local teachers, and launched a volunteer outreach program that mobilized participants to engage in community service and missions.
