The Haggai Leader Experience (HLE) came to Haggai Leader Koffi at a crucial turning point in his life. As he stepped back from the day‑to‑day leadership of his companies in preparation for retirement, he turned to God for clarity. He wanted to understand what God was planning for him and for his family in the years ahead. Koffi was asking deep questions about his purpose and direction, and in God’s perfect timing, the HLE answered many of those questions.

Throughout the HLE, God transformed Koffi’s vision of his life and his understanding of the world. Outside of his professional life, he gained a clearer sense of God’s calling and a deeper responsibility to influence the future through Gospel-centered leadership. His participation in the session gave him renewed purpose and a meaningful direction for the next stage of his journey.

Beyond personal transformation, the program was also a powerful human experience. Koffi had the opportunity to learn alongside more than sixty leaders who were high caliber, influential, and kind committed Christians. They came from many countries and professions, and their testimonies and dedication deeply inspired him. The unity and fellowship he experienced became one of the greatest blessings of the entire training.

This experience strengthened Koffi’s commitment to evangelism and to equipping others to share the Gospel. He completed the HLE with a stronger devotion to the Gospel and a clear plan to invest in future generations.
